Have these ready before your video call.
A measuring partner
Someone with you to take your measurements while Christian coaches them, step by step, on the video call. Christian coaches in English, so your partner needs to speak it.
A 60-inch cloth tape measure
A basic, soft cloth tape, 60 inches long. Buy one on Amazon (opens in a new tab).
A T-shirt and close-fitting shorts
Wear them for the call, so the tape measures your body, not your clothes.
Your best-fitting clothes
Have your best-fitting jacket, dress shirt and dress pants with you.
International shipping
Transparent shipping costs: we pass on the carrier's rate and make no money on it.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. We ship finished garments to clients outside the United States, including the Caribbean and the United Kingdom. Shipping and duty rates apply.
- How much does international shipping cost?
- International shipping is charged at cost. You pay exactly what the carrier charges us, nothing more: we don't mark it up and we don't make any money on shipping. The rate depends on where your order is going and how much is in it.
- Will I pay import duties?
- Yes. Duty rates apply to international orders. Import duties and taxes are set by your country's customs authority, not by Bespoke By CB, so the amount depends on where you live and what you order.
- Do I need to come to Miami?
- No. You can be measured in person at our Brickell showroom, or at your home or office in South Florida, or fully virtually: on a video call, Christian coaches someone with you through every measurement. Once your measurements are recorded, you can order from anywhere in the world without stepping foot in our showroom again.
- What do I need for virtual measuring?
- Someone with you to take the measurements while Christian coaches them, who speaks English; a basic 60-inch cloth tape measure; a T-shirt and close-fitting shorts to wear; and your best-fitting jacket, dress shirt and dress pants.
- Can you choose fabrics for the climate where I live?
- Yes. We source fabrics from all over the world and have options for wherever you live, from tropical-weight wool and linen for the Caribbean to the flannels and heavier wools a British winter calls for.
