Custom Clothing Terms and Conditions
Bespoke by CB is not responsible for damage resulting from personal overuse, normal wear and tear, improper garment care, third-party cleaning services, negligence, or the natural aging of materials over the lifetime of the garment.
All Bespoke by CB garments are individually and exclusively custom-made. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. All custom garment sales are final.
Production of custom garments typically requires 6–8 weeks from the date of purchase. Please note that holidays may extend this timeframe. This production timeline does not include alterations, fine-tuning, or additional fittings. Once garments are received, alterations should be allowed an additional 7–10 days, depending on the scope of work.
Because each garment is made specifically for the client, no cancellations or refunds will be issued after the sale date, without exception. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
While we cannot guarantee delivery or completion by a specific date, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your timeline within the standard production period. Expedited or rush services may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
In the event of a verified production or manufacturer defect, Bespoke by CB will, at its discretion, arrange for a remake of the garment or provide in-house alterations at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued on custom garments.
Why are all custom clothing sales final?
Each Bespoke by CB garment is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans and created exclusively for you. Due to the personalized nature of custom clothing, no two garments are ever the same.
Because these pieces are made to your specific measurements, fabric selections, and design preferences, all custom clothing sales are final. As such, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
We appreciate your understanding and trust in our process and craftsmanship, and we are confident your finished garment will exceed expectations.
Caring For Your Garment
At Bespoke by CB, every garment is crafted using the finest fabrics and materials available, designed to look exceptional and stand the test of time. Proper care plays an important role in preserving the quality, structure, and longevity of your pieces.
We always recommend referring to the care tag inside each garment, as it provides guidance specific to the fabric and construction.
For custom T-shirts, polos, and dress shirts recommended care: If washing is necessary, use a gentle cycle with cold water and hang to dry. This helps maintain the fabric’s integrity, color, and fit.
For suits, blazers, and sport jackets recommended care: Frequent dry cleaning is not advised, as it can be harsh on fine materials. Instead, we recommend steam pressing to refresh your garment between wears, with dry cleaning only on occasion when truly needed.
Your stylist will be happy to review garment care best practices with you during your appointment to ensure your Bespoke by CB pieces remain pristine for years to come.
Tailor Shop Terms & Conditions
Bespoke by CB provides alteration and tailoring services for both Bespoke by CB garments and outside (non–Bespoke by CB) garments. Alterations on outside garments are performed at the client’s risk due to factors beyond our control, including original construction, fabric limitations, prior wear, manufacturer defects, or previous alterations.
All alteration services are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once work has begun.
Standard turnaround time is approximately 10 days. Completion dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Rush services may be available for an additional fee and are subject to shop capacity. Bespoke by CB reserves the right to decline rush requests at its discretion.
In the unlikely event of loss or damage caused directly by a Bespoke by CB employee, Bespoke by CB will issue an in-store credit equal to the lesser of five (5) times the alteration cost or the garment’s fair replacement value. No refunds will be issued.
Bespoke by CB reserves the right to refuse any tailoring or alteration work at the discretion of its tailoring team.
Clients are responsible for inspecting garments at pickup. Once a garment has been accepted and removed from the premises, Bespoke by CB assumes no further responsibility.
Garments not picked up within 30 days of completion may be subject to storage fees. Garments left unclaimed for six (6) months or longer may be donated without compensation.
By authorizing tailoring or alteration services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
Non-Custom Returns & Exchanges
Accessories purchased at Bespoke by CB that are not custom-made may be returned or exchanged within 15 days if unworn and unused.
Sale items are final sale.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
All gift cards purchased at Bespoke by CB are non-refundable and do not expire. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.
Holding / Storage | Product Abandonment
Bespoke by CB will hold garments for up to one year from the date of purchase. After one year, items will be considered abandoned and may be resold without refund.
Late / Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100%. Repeat offenders may be required to pre-pay.
Shipping
Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $75 within the continental U.S. (excluding alterations). Bespoke by CB is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Credit Card On File Policy
Credit cards are stored securely using PCI-DSS–compliant systems.
Agreements
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue shall be exclusively Miami-Dade County, Florida.
CUSTOM GARMENT ALTERATIONS & BODY MEASUREMENT CHANGES
Bespoke By CB provides reasonable fit-related alterations to custom garments for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. This 90-day alteration period is intended to address normal fit adjustments related to the client's original measurements, fitting, and construction of the garment.
The 90-day alteration period does not include alterations required as a result of significant weight loss, weight gain, or other changes to the client's body measurements or body composition occurring after the client was measured or fitted. This includes significant changes associated with the use of GLP-1 medications or other weight-management treatments.
If changes to the client's measurements require major alterations to a custom garment, including substantial taking-in or letting-out, recutting, rebalancing, or reconstruction, the additional work may be subject to tailoring and alteration charges, including when such work is requested within the 90-day alteration period.
Alterations required because of significant changes to the client's body measurements after the original measurement or fitting are not considered a defect in the original fit, construction, or workmanship of the garment.
If the client's measurements have changed to such an extent that the garment cannot reasonably be altered while maintaining its intended fit, balance, proportion, construction, or appearance, Bespoke By CB may determine that the garment cannot reasonably be altered. Any replacement garment required as a result of such changes will be at the client's expense.
Alterations requested more than 90 days after delivery may be subject to Bespoke By CB's applicable tailoring and alteration charges.
By placing a custom order and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
GOOD-FAITH DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before initiating legal proceedings arising from a custom order, alteration, product, or service, the client agrees to provide Bespoke By CB written notice describing the dispute and the requested resolution.
The parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute before commencing legal proceedings, except where immediate legal action is necessary or where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising any right or remedy that cannot legally be limited or waived.
DOCUMENTATION & ORDER RECORDS
The client acknowledges that Bespoke By CB may maintain records relating to custom orders and alterations, including measurements, order specifications, fitting notes, photographs, communications, invoices, payment records, shipping and delivery records, alteration records, and client approvals.
Such records may be used to document the services performed, approved specifications, garment condition, delivery, alterations, and resolution of any subsequent dispute.
CLIENT-PROVIDED INFORMATION
The client is responsible for providing accurate measurements, information, event dates, shipping information, garment history, and other information reasonably requested by Bespoke By CB.
Bespoke By CB is not responsible for delays, additional costs, fit issues, or other problems caused by materially inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.
CLIENT-REQUESTED FIT & STYLE
Bespoke By CB may provide professional recommendations regarding fit, styling, proportions, and alterations. The client may request a fit or style that differs from those recommendations.
When Bespoke By CB advises a client that a requested fit, alteration, or design choice may affect comfort, appearance, movement, durability, proportion, or garment construction, and the client nevertheless elects to proceed, the resulting characteristic will not be considered a defect to the extent it results from the client's requested choice.
CLIENT-OWNED GARMENTS PROVIDED FOR ALTERATION
Alteration of an existing garment involves inherent limitations based on the garment's original construction, available seam allowance, fabric condition, previous alterations, age, and materials.
Bespoke By CB cannot guarantee that every requested alteration will be possible or that an existing garment can be altered to achieve the same fit, proportion, appearance, or construction as a newly made custom garment.
The client acknowledges that previously worn, damaged, delicate, aged, previously altered, or structurally compromised garments may present additional risks during alteration. Bespoke By CB will exercise reasonable care but is not responsible for pre-existing defects, concealed damage, weakened materials, or conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before alteration.
PERSONAL ITEMS LEFT IN GARMENTS
Clients are responsible for removing money, jewelry, documents, accessories, electronic devices, and other personal property from garments before leaving them with Bespoke By CB.
Bespoke By CB is not responsible for personal items inadvertently left inside garments except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
FORCE MAJEURE & EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL
Bespoke By CB will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including manufacturer or mill delays, fabric shortages, transportation interruptions, customs delays, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, government actions, carrier delays, or similar circumstances.
When such an event occurs, Bespoke By CB will make reasonable efforts to complete the affected order as circumstances permit.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law or, when appropriate, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
NO WAIVER
Bespoke By CB's decision not to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it on another occasion.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable order, invoice, approved garment specifications, and any written modifications agreed to by Bespoke By CB and the client, constitute the agreement relating to the applicable transaction and supersede prior representations concerning that transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any modification to the material terms of a custom order must be agreed to by Bespoke By CB and the client.
ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
The client's electronic acceptance of these Terms, including acceptance through an online order, electronic invoice, electronic signature, or other electronic acknowledgment, constitutes the client's agreement to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW & EXCLUSIVE VENUE
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to any purchase, custom order, alteration, fitting, product, service, transaction, or relationship between the client and Bespoke By CB shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action, proceeding, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or any transaction between the client and Bespoke By CB shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
The client knowingly and voluntarily consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and agrees that Miami-Dade County, Florida shall be the exclusive venue for any such proceeding.
Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or waived under applicable law.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order, submitting payment or a deposit, authorizing a credit or debit card transaction, approving an invoice, or otherwise instructing Bespoke By CB to proceed with an order or alteration, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
A separate handwritten or electronic signature is not required for these Terms and Conditions to apply to a transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The client is responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions before placing an order or authorizing payment. A current copy of the Terms and Conditions is made available by Bespoke By CB and may be provided electronically or through Bespoke By CB's website.
The client's placement of an order, payment of a deposit or balance, authorization of payment, or instruction to proceed with production constitutes the client's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions applicable to that transaction.
If an order is placed or payment is made on behalf of another individual, the person placing the order or authorizing payment represents that they are authorized to do so.

Any action arising out of or relating to this letter agreement may be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each of the parties expressly consents to personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue in such courts for purposes of any such action. The parties expressly waive any objection to venue in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Each party hereto, to the extent permitted by law, waives all rights to a jury trial in any litigation arising from or relating in any way to this letter agreement.
