Custom Clothing Terms and Conditions

Bespoke by CB is not responsible for damage resulting from personal overuse, normal wear and tear, improper garment care, third-party cleaning services, negligence, or the natural aging of materials over the lifetime of the garment.

All Bespoke by CB garments are individually and exclusively custom-made. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. All custom garment sales are final.

Production of custom garments typically requires 6–8 weeks from the date of purchase. Please note that holidays may extend this timeframe. This production timeline does not include alterations, fine-tuning, or additional fittings. Once garments are received, alterations should be allowed an additional 7–10 days, depending on the scope of work.

Because each garment is made specifically for the client, no cancellations or refunds will be issued after the sale date, without exception. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

While we cannot guarantee delivery or completion by a specific date, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your timeline within the standard production period. Expedited or rush services may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges.

In the event of a verified production or manufacturer defect, Bespoke by CB will, at its discretion, arrange for a remake of the garment or provide in-house alterations at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued on custom garments.

Why are all custom clothing sales final?

Each Bespoke by CB garment is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans and created exclusively for you. Due to the personalized nature of custom clothing, no two garments are ever the same.

Because these pieces are made to your specific measurements, fabric selections, and design preferences, all custom clothing sales are final. As such, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We appreciate your understanding and trust in our process and craftsmanship, and we are confident your finished garment will exceed expectations.

Caring For Your Garment

At Bespoke by CB, every garment is crafted using the finest fabrics and materials available, designed to look exceptional and stand the test of time. Proper care plays an important role in preserving the quality, structure, and longevity of your pieces.

We always recommend referring to the care tag inside each garment, as it provides guidance specific to the fabric and construction.

For custom T-shirts, polos, and dress shirts recommended care: If washing is necessary, use a gentle cycle with cold water and hang to dry. This helps maintain the fabric’s integrity, color, and fit.

For suits, blazers, and sport jackets recommended care: Frequent dry cleaning is not advised, as it can be harsh on fine materials. Instead, we recommend steam pressing to refresh your garment between wears, with dry cleaning only on occasion when truly needed.

Your stylist will be happy to review garment care best practices with you during your appointment to ensure your Bespoke by CB pieces remain pristine for years to come.

Tailor Shop Terms & Conditions

Bespoke by CB provides alteration and tailoring services for both Bespoke by CB garments and outside (non–Bespoke by CB) garments. Alterations on outside garments are performed at the client’s risk due to factors beyond our control, including original construction, fabric limitations, prior wear, manufacturer defects, or previous alterations.

All alteration services are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once work has begun.

Standard turnaround time is approximately 10 days. Completion dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Rush services may be available for an additional fee and are subject to shop capacity. Bespoke by CB reserves the right to decline rush requests at its discretion.

In the unlikely event of loss or damage caused directly by a Bespoke by CB employee, Bespoke by CB will issue an in-store credit equal to the lesser of five (5) times the alteration cost or the garment’s fair replacement value. No refunds will be issued.

Bespoke by CB reserves the right to refuse any tailoring or alteration work at the discretion of its tailoring team.

Clients are responsible for inspecting garments at pickup. Once a garment has been accepted and removed from the premises, Bespoke by CB assumes no further responsibility.

Garments not picked up within 30 days of completion may be subject to storage fees. Garments left unclaimed for six (6) months or longer may be donated without compensation.

By authorizing tailoring or alteration services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Non-Custom Returns & Exchanges

Accessories purchased at Bespoke by CB that are not custom-made may be returned or exchanged within 15 days if unworn and unused.

Sale items are final sale.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

All gift cards purchased at Bespoke by CB are non-refundable and do not expire. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.

Holding / Storage | Product Abandonment

Bespoke by CB will hold garments for up to one year from the date of purchase. After one year, items will be considered abandoned and may be resold without refund.

Late / Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100%. Repeat offenders may be required to pre-pay.

Shipping

Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $75 within the continental U.S. (excluding alterations). Bespoke by CB is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Credit Card On File Policy

Credit cards are stored securely using PCI-DSS–compliant systems.

Agreements

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue shall be exclusively Miami-Dade County, Florida.

All content is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Comment Policy

Bespoke by CB reserves the right to remove comments that are spam, offensive, abusive, or inappropriate.

Privacy Policy

Bespoke by CB operates the https://www.bespokecb.com website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

Governing Law; Venue; Waiver Of Jury Trial

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Florida law, without regard to Florida choice-of-law principles. Any action arising out of or relating to this letter agreement may be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each of the parties expressly consents to personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue in such courts for purposes of any such action. The parties expressly waive any objection to venue in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Each party hereto, to the extent permitted by law, waives all rights to a jury trial in any litigation arising from or relating in any way to this letter agreement.
