Madkenna LLC d/b/a Bespoke by CB (“Bespoke by CB,” “we,” “us”) runs two text-message programs. Each one is optional, and we text you from a program only after you opt in to it. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Appointment texts
Appointment texts come from (954) 280-0556.
- What they carry: confirmations, reminders and changes for your appointments, updates on your orders and fittings, and replies from our team when you text us.
- How often: 2–6 texts per appointment, plus order updates and replies. Message frequency varies.
Marketing texts
Marketing texts come from (754) 206-9206.
- What they carry: news of new fabrics, events and offers.
- How often: Message frequency varies.
Cost and help
Msg & data rates may apply, for the texts we send you and the texts you send us. Reply HELP to either number for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to either number at any time. A STOP to either number ends all our texts, appointment texts and marketing texts alike, and we send one text to confirm it. You can also ask us to stop by email, by phone or in person, which also ends all our texts; we act on it within 10 business days.
A choice that names one program ends only that program:
- Switching off appointment texts in your profile ends only appointment texts.
- A Do Not Contact request ends only marketing texts.
- Asking us to stop one program (“stop the promotions, keep my reminders”) ends only that program.
Replying START or UNSTOP unblocks your number but doesn’t sign you up again. To get our texts after opting out, opt in again.
Your privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
